ONE DIGITAL carries out the processing of personal data for its own purposes, in the position of controller, and for the account and order of clients, in the position of operator. If your request is related to the performance of ONE DIGITAL as controller, we will directly respond to your request within the legal deadlines established. If your request is related to the performance of ONE DIGITAL as operator, we will do our best to direct your request to the responsible controller.

For your safety, whenever you submit a request to exercise your rights, ONE DIGITAL may request some additional information and/or documents so that we can prove your identity, seeking to prevent fraud.

We do this to ensure the security and privacy of everyone with a view to non-disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons. Still, some requests may not be answered immediately, but ONE DIGITAL undertakes to respond to all requests within a reasonable time and always in compliance with applicable legislation.
